Jake In a Nutshell

I’m a serial entrepreneur, sales professional, seasoned moderator of business round table events…turned EOS Implementer. I started 7 businesses with triumphs and train-wrecks, rounds of investments, and way more pivots than I would have preferred. I have sold everything from 1/4 million dollar software contracts and educational consulting to scooters that I imported from China and meat door-to-door! I’ve also moderated about 200 businesses and 1500 individuals over the course of 70+ events.

I’ve been on both sides as an owner and as an employee. I’ve been part of tiny start-ups and part of a company that went from 20 to 200 people. I have seen behind the curtain at hundreds of companies and for every one well-oiled machine there are another dozen fixer-uppers. There’s a lot of room for improvement at a lot of companies! The stakes are high and I’ve seen EOS transform enough businesses to know it can help and that I can help you make it actually happen.
