The type of clients …
We work with have common attributes. If these qualities describe you and your business, then we just might be a good fit to work together.
Established Small to Mid-Sized Business
Typically 10-150 employees, $1M-100M Revenue, at least a few years old.
In the Greater Boulder/Denver Area
Within about 90 minutes of our HQ in Nederland, CO so around Boulder, Denver, Fort Collins or somewhere in between.
Has Leadership Team
We only work with the core leadership team (usually 4-7 people) and we need all the leaders in the room for every session.
Striving & Growing
They want more and more better. They want 1) more clarity/clearer vision 2) more traction/better execution 3) a healthy business with harmony.
Open to the Idea of a Business Operating System
Much like how software development teams institute Agile methodology as an operating system (a framework to get things done better), leadership teams can implement a business operating system to optimize their operations (a framework to do business better). Getting different results requires a different approach vs. business-as-usual.
They Want Help from a Professional
They don’t want to half-do-it, they want to all-the-way-do-it. And to do it now not later and get it done right. They have their own jobs and don’t have the bandwidth to become their own expert and roll-it out by themselves without any experience.
In the same way they leave the taxes to accountants and leave the legal stuff to lawyers, they leave the EOS® Implementation to an EOS Implementer because if it’s worth doing then it’s worth doing right.
Please see my official EOS Worldwide website for more detailed information.
They want help from an independent 3rd-Party
An outsider is unbiased, not caught up in any politics, and can therefore talk with a certain authority that’s very hard to replicate by someone who is part of the business. There’s no baggage, no choosing favorites or sacred cows, no solemnity for the way things were.
It’s hard to work ON the business when you’re IN the business. A conductor doesn’t also play the piano…they focus solely on conducting the orchestra.
Teams have a coach. Expeditions have a guide. Tough discussions have a moderator. An EOS implementer acts as an independent 3rd-party coach, trainer, and facilitator and that’s their only job.
Eventually They Want to Do It Themselves
That’s our goal and we call it “graduation.” It varies, but typically it takes around 2-years or so until it all becomes second-nature, the business feels transformed and is on a great track, and the leadership team feels comfortable to take the reins themselves. You’ll know it when it’s time.
